Sarah, I know how you feel. We all know how you feel. When our doc called us about a year ago with the news that Addie cultured pseudomonas, it was like Liza said, proof that she had CF. Up until that point we were in a little bit of denial. We kept beating ourselves up about how she got it, the playground sand, the bathtub, the pool, etc. But it's just part of CF, unfortunately. The good news is that with Tobi and Cipro, she's pseudomonas-free now! We did two months of Tobi straight, then 28days/on/off for another six months. It did the trick.
