I agree with lightnlife, I would make sure that they checked your hemoglobin A1C because the high ketones, weightloss and vommitting are all symptoms I have had when my blood sugar was out of control. I actually only had the vommiting once and that was after I was diagnosed with diabetes. I had gotten sick and was dehydrated and they hooked me to IV fluids but were giving me dextrose and no one had told me so I could counteract the "sugar water" with insulin. My sugars were skyrocketing and causing me to vomit everything that I ate.
Well whatever the situation I hope they find out what the problem is and that the lump on your ovaries is something that can be easily handled.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
