Everything I can find indicates that the CFF recommends yearly testing by age 14. However I'd assume that would be at the least a fasting glucose level, if not a oral glucose tolerance test... but I am not completely sure what they officially recommend to be done. Which test does your clinic use for young children?
Emily has a glucose level done whenever she has labs, but I know that has limited value when it's done if she's not fasting.
