<br />My numbers? Do they follow a similar pattern when you're sick and when you get "well"?

My baseline is about 86% and this time with an exacerbation my fev1 was 77%-79%. So when I began on iv therapy my fev1 went up just after two days of treatment to 82% and then plummeted way back down to 77% by the end of that week. I was so discouraged but I think it was because I went home to soon. I have a family at home to take care of and I always push myself. So it took a long time to get my fev1 back up to baseline; because iv's were started in April and just this Sept. my fev1 made it to 86%. And it varies how long people stay at their baselines. It's just weird this time how my fev1 got better, plummeted and slowly creeped back up to base.

My FEV1 had gone down 5% before IVs and then post-IVs, I had gained that back. FVC was slightly better.
I was hoping for a little extra on FEV1, but was happy that at least I was back at my baseline.
