Osteopenia is the prelude to osteoperosis. Its basically the early, early stages of osteoperosis, but if caught can be "treated" to help prevent the advancement of to osteoperosis.

Its part of CF due to the inability to absorb Vitamin A & D as well as calcium efficiently to assure healthy & strong bones!

Thanks everyone. I hope to go home this afternoon. Right now that is the plan anyway. I will be going home on IVs. Not sure for how long, probably a few weeks. Which is fine, I rather be home than here. I have dropped quite a lot of weight. I went from 115 to 107 <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">.
