Caitlin,
Whenever I'm taking Cipro, my blood sugars are always running low, and I am hungry a lot. Since Levoquin is the "cousin" to Cipro, I would think it could have the same effect.

By the way, I dealt with hypoglycemia for years before ever developing diabetes, and it doesn't mean you will ever develop it. But.. if you haven't been tested lately, I would have them do an A1C on you when you go back to the doc. It will show you what your blood sugars have looked like over the past 3 months..(it gives you an average).

Caitlin, you're a pig. I thought I told you that!

Seriously though, it's prob the antibiotics making you feel more hungry than usual, esp now that your body doesn't have to put the energy towards fighting the infection.

I hope you get better soon!!! HugsA!
