Incremin with Iron

Very interesting! Check out the foods that have iron in them. I try and consume lots of vegetables.

A nutritionist years ago told me to have molasses as that is high in iron. the sugar content is probably high. I do not know. Since I do not need extra iron, I will not bother.
just an FYI for you all.

I use to eat beef liver often but backed off. I am going to start again the week before my period.

Thanks Risa for the heads-up about iron--the last thing I want to do is make kaylee succeptable to psuedomonas So far we haven't cultured anything! I have saved those sites!

I do not know the requirements for children. You need to search this info. I would be careful
I buy a multivitamin without iron.

My acupuncturist just gave me a probiotic and it has 1.8 mg of iron. I told him about the iron but he says it is from a food source. I only took two pills a day for three days and my sinuses do not bother me but i did see some more green tiny plugs. I discontinued this pill and I will see what happens. There are so many variables of what can cause something that we need to be careful when we change if we are adding anything in addition.

The weird thing is, I muscle test aka energy test very strong to this pill and if there was a tiny something wrong with it, I thought I would be finding a weakness.

The only way to find out is eliminate it and that is what I am doing.
