HI there
We all (Australia, at least at our clinic) use an exhaust pipe from the nebuliser to the outside (eg window) to expel antibiotics from the outlet on the nebuliser. That way the antibiotics arent floating around in the air and arent infiltrating all the furniture.
It's just a simple pipe that attaches to the outlet on the neb and we poke it through the window. The clinic supplies everyone with them here, it's standard along with the pump and neb.
Just reading through your posts again, it sounds like the mist from your nebs is just floating around the room? I cant believe that everyone isnt using the same method we do here to expel the mist from the neb to the outside.
