Looks like this is the trial: <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00934362?term=surfactant&rank=33">Effect of Lucinactant on Mucus Clearance in Cystic Fibrosis Lung Disease</a> According to this information, the study is only being done in the one center... many other studies are being done with this and other surfactants but most focus on newborns; a few with other forms of pulmonary diseases. This sounds REALLY interesting though; I hadn't heard of this before. I am interested in seeing how this turns out.
