Insurance question

Hello, everyone my name is Chris and I am a father of 2 and this is my first post.
I have a boy Colin (no CF) 3 years old and Ella (CF) 7 months old. (They were both born on Oct. 24th three years apart). Anyway, when Colin was born shortly thereafter we got life insurance for him, but we have been unable to get insurance for Ella. I am hoping someone out there knows of a company or 2 that gives insurance for babies with CF. Thank you.

i highly doubt anyone is going to give insurance of any kind (an individual policy) for a CFer.

if it's through work, where the policy is group, she'll probably be eligable.

talk to your social worker at the CF Center. they should be able to point you in the right direction.
in PA there is the CHIP program for children without other insurance or Medical Assistance for children with chronic medical conditions.
we have insurance for our CFer and secondary insurance via Medical Assistance so I know it can work.
