in PA there is the CHIP program for children without other insurance or Medical Assistance for children with chronic medical conditions.
we have insurance for our CFer and secondary insurance via Medical Assistance so I know it can work.

We need to look into this also. New York Life and Gerber have denied us, Mutual of Omaha is "looking into this". I do know of another family whose insurance agent was able to get them hooked up with "Farmers" something or other.
