My daughter participated in a study to see if Cayston would help against B. Cepacia (she hasn't cultured PA in years!) She was on Cayston for almost 6 months, maybe a year (blind study, not sure what she was on the first 6 months), but she is still culturing the Cepacia. So, it doesn't look like it worked for that bug...bummer!

And as strange as it is....she hasn't cultured PA in years, but she started culturing it two months after the Cayston study was over <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> Not sure what to think of that!!
