Is it true in Texas that your SSDI check has to go to your parents?

<br />If not, 2. Are you recieving SSDI based on your FATHER's retirement benefits.
<br />
<br />3. Are you sure that you are recieving SSDI and NOT SSI?

Hello thanks for ur replys!Looks like I need to call Monday to the SSI office and find out if im gettin ssi as well as ssdi...

Julie - 1.Im yes recieving my ssdi regarding my work history...now I guess like i said i need to see if im gettin ssi and ssdi..<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

But my other question is my sister when i did al my paperwork was living here she now moved out so if its based on my portion coz it was 1/3 does this mean that now shes moved out that itd be half and my money could go up??since id have to pay half the bills?..

The best time to reach me is in the evening afte the trio goes to bed, like after 9pm and I'm usually up till 11.

Plus, when I go to bed I turn off my cell phone ringer so don't worry about calling and waking me up <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0">

So i talked to my ssi office they told me im just recieving ssdi so with that being said they told me it was up to me how i spent my check it does not have to go to my dad now if i was getting ssi then yes it would but im not <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> glad i got it cleared up! Lol
