Hello again... We had an appointment with the pulmonologist last friday and he discussed our next steps... My son is currently on Levquin twice daily for a 30 day course. When that is complete we are going to see how he is doing... in the meantime... we are scheduled for an upper GI with barium swallow to check for reflux and are in works for a ciliary biopsy. It is my understanding that a ciliary biopsy would check for primary ciliary dyskensia... very similar to CF in fact the treatment is the same... so we are still looking. Just wanted to update you all and let you know that we may be visiting again with questions regarding treatments and such. thanks again
