I've been lurking on these message boards for about 6-months and figured it was about time I introduce myself and actively participate. I've learned a lot from all of you so hopefully I can share some knowledge myself.

I'm 29 years old and live in Houston, TX. I work full-time and keep busy with family and friends. I love trying new restaurants, traveling, shopping and wine. I like to think that I am doing quite well, health-wise. My FEV1 is 67% and stable and I plan to start exercising in order to get it even better (but isn't that always the plan?!?!).
