Jerry's Milkshake recipe
8 oz. of milk
6 ice cubes
3 sliced strawberries
1 banana
2 tablespoons of ice cream
1-2 scoops of Ultra Meal,
1-2 scoops of Protein powder
1-2 scoops of Carnation Instant Breakfast
Blend until liquefied!
