For my non CF daughter, we use a holistic pediatrician in Jacksonville, FL . She pushes this big time. I have not tried it yet as we are partial to Monavie! However, Dr Ceron tells me the studies done on Juice Plus have been promising! I'd say give it a shot for a month and see how you feel, then go from there. That's what we did wtih the Monavie juice and the rest is history!
