Well, here is some good news at least! My period started today. Unless the very clear ovulatory pattern on my chart is wrong, it was a 23 day luteal phase!!! Yikes. I'm hoping that this next cycle I can hit on a happy medium somewhere between 4 and 23 days!

<br />As for supplements - I do think the Vitex helped (obviously). I am also going to try another one I've been reading about, rhodiola rosea. From what I have read, it seems like exactly what a person with CF and irregular cycles needs... it helps support the body through stress, so it's supposed to help support the function of ovulation even when you are under stress. Since I am 90% sure that my delayed ovulation/irregular cycles are due in large part to the continual stress my body is under, I am hoping this will help!!!

Another supplement that I've heard helps with stress on the body is Evening Primrose oil capsules. I'm taking these myself as well as Robitussin morning and night.

Kleigh if you don't mind me asking what lung function are you at the moment, fev1 % I mean?
