WOW! Those busses should be for people who need additional help that a regular school bus driver cannot give them. What is risky about a CF person riding a regular bus? You can run into sick people in either place. And honestly those with severe disabilities are not always as hygenic about wiping their noses, etc.
I think we can all relate to being rejected though. More so in junior high and high school than now.

That is the craziest thing I have ever heard - being to "risky!!!" I rode on a regular bus, but riding the bus was the worst part of the day for me. There was a girl that found out about my cf and relentlessly teased me, made fun of me, and even hit me(pulled my hair,too.) It was horrible! She was just soooo mean! That was many moons ago...I'm 31 now. Jr high and High school are rough, college is a blast, and before you know it you have all sorts of responsibilities. People can still be mean (not as bad,) but it means less and less as you get older! Riding the bus to school was a bad experience for me too...sorry you have to deal with it!
