I dont usually cough stuff up unless doing my treatment so most of the time its the garbage next to where I do treatments. Occaisionally a paper towel/tissue etc. I have a thing about spitting into the sinks for some reason. Toilet I can do & soda cans etc no way.

Dare I explain why? Cant right now because the thought is making me sick to my stomach.

I don't always spit. A lot of times I swallow it. Gross, I know. But I do spit if it's more convenient. If I'm outside, for instance, I spit. If I'm on the toilet, right next to my little trash can, I spit. If I'm doing saline, I tend to bring out little tiny Dixie cups and spit it those (that stuff really gets me going). If I'm in bed and a surprise attack comes that I really don't want to swallow, I lean over to my regular trash can and spit in there.

I can certainly understand your curiosity on this subject. I made a thread about this in Feb. ( not sure if you were a member then or not)....

</a> I always use the disposable plastic 3 oz. cups ( not the paper ones). <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
