I also spit in trash cans, sinks, lawns, tissues, etc. But my unique one is when I'm at my computer (which is where I also do treatments) I spit in empty med ampules. I squeeze some air out, put to my mouth and it sucks it right in. I don't like it open to the air in my trash, the bacteria starts to smell and I've noticed fruit flies seem to Love it. I used to think my mucus turned into fruit flies if left alone for long enough in the trash. My method also makes me feel better about making the most of my empty plastic ampules, it's going ini the trash anyway.
