Do any of you gals with CF that where heels get out of breath easier in them?

I noticed it last night (well a few weeks ago too but I figured it was just tune up time). I had a viewing to go to so I slipped on my heels and by the time I walked the half block to the funeral home I was short of breath. So today I wore flats for the funeral and I am fine.

Just curios to see if I am the only one <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">

I dont know if I would be SOB, but my physical tolerance for it is low. I mean I tire easily so maybe it is connected to SOB!

I love heels, but as I think back as my CF progresses my heels became lower & lower. Here I was thinking I was just getting OLD LOL!

Nope you are not alone in this!!!! I stopped wearing heels for the probably 5 months before my transplant. I was so tired when i would walk in them...flats were so much easier. Needless to say, the first thing I could not wait to do after transplant was buy 3 inch high heels and go out on the town!

Here, here! i get out of breath A LOT easier with heels, b/c of all that extra effort you take when you wear them. It sucks but you're not alone!
