Letter from doc

I know I told you in chat Sonia, but just in case anyone else is wondering: the CF legal hotline will send you an example letter for your doc to follow. They can also give you good advise to help you win your case. 1-(800)622-0385.

Thanks, everyone!

I actually spoke with Julie regarding a lot of this before I applied and she'd said a doc's note at the initial stage would probably be unecessary, but then the lawyer said its a good idea to have right away, so now I'm truly confused, and that's why I wanted to know what others have done.

I honestly think its a bit too late for me to send in the notes. I've already sent the app, had the interview and filled out and ready to send the additional information. So, at this point, to send in a letter, randomly, I'm not sure is the best idea... I mean, if I had sent it when they initially asked to send med documents, etc. that would be one thing but to send it now, would it hold my paperwork up or confuse them that I"m just sending random paperwork at my convenience? Plus, at this point, it will probably take a couple weeks to get a letter from current and past doctor.

Anymore comments regarding this?

Thanks!
