Levaquin 750 mg

<P>I've taken Levaquin before but never this dosage.  My stomach does not like it.  I will be on this for probably another 2 weeks.  I believe it's getting rid of my sinus problems...but does anyone have any tips for soothing my stomach?  </P>

I always broke the rules and would take it with milk and it prevented me from getting sick. Again though I don't think we are supposed to take them with dairy, but it was the only thing that helped me and the meds still seemed to work.

I always take the 750s.. Sometime it gives me problems too..
So the first day or two I break the pill in half and take half in the
morning and the other half at night.. This seems to work for me.

Also with the 750s You must drink at least 8oz of water with it.

I have been taken them since they first came out.

Good luck.. Its a good med for me.

I've found that for me taking acidopolus as a probiotic helps my intestines have the correct balance of bacteria so I digest food better. It's been a life saver for me. Just make sure you get the kind that you have to refrigerate after opening; the ones that you can keep at room temperature don't work for me.....</P>
<P>If I start the acidopholus at the same time as I start Levaquin, I usually have no problem at all, but if I wait until I have a problem, it takes a few days to work.</P>
