Hi all - I know everyone is looking for an update. We hoped Lindsey would be posting her own update today. Things are still going very well, just a little bump in the road. Lindsey needed a small tube placed in her chest cavity to get rid of some air docs saw on x-ray. This is normal in transplant, and can correct itself, but for whatever reason docs decided to place the tube. Lindsey had another bronch today which went very well. She will possibly be discharged on Monday.
Some of you may have had letters and such returned with "no such name" written on them. I know mine was returned. This probably happened because they had to change Lindsey's name to protect her. She was getting many unscheduled visitors and calls, so now she is listed like the celebrities get to be. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I will be talking with Lindsey's mom a little bit later and will ask her for her home address. Look for a post about this as soon as I get ahold of Cindy.
