The quote from the FDA was: 'personalized' medicine. Maybe they got that from this slide deck?

I am somewhat surprised that data from 809 was included in something publicly available just prior to VRTX announcing their quarterly earnings (I believe the 26th?).

dramamama, did you post the link to the FB page? That's great! I don't have FB and want to get this info out there!! Super important to get this data shared and get it out in the open where people will read it and USE IT!!!

Save the pdf if you can to your computer. I have a feeling this link is not going to work for very long......

I looked through this presentation but am confused somewhat: are they saying Kalydeco might work for splicing mutations as well?

Am I correctly interpreting this to say that pancreatic sufficiency indicates that Kalydeco may be of use, and hence that a pancreatic sufficient person with CF would be a reasonable candidate for the drug?
