I spoke to a "foster" lady with Basset Rescue last night -- they've got an 8 month old dog who was relinquished because his family had to move to an apartment. Sounds like a wonderful little guy, though now that we've found another dog, I'm nervous -- I'm such a worrier. He's located on the eastern edge of the rescue area, so they're going to have to arrange for transport and then we'll probably have to drive and meet them part way -- but we were planning a long weekend one of these days to go shopping, to the museum and zoo <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
Last night Max greeted me at daycare with his shirt over his head -- He was Emperor Pallantine (sp) from Star Wars.
I have noticed since he's been on the Septra that the throaty, loose cough he'd been getting infrequently has since disappeared. We'll find out in October how things are going -- his doctor wants to schedule a CT scan with contrast (inhalable?) to look at his small airways.
