This is a great image resizing program too, since you don't have to upload photos to a website and then resave them to your computer again once they are resized like you do with Photobucket: <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://bluefive.pair.com/pixresizer.htm">PixResizer.com</a> (It's free.)

One of my favorite things about it is you can input the max image size (120 pixels) but also check the 'maintain aspect ratio' box, so it will automatically proportion the size if it's a rectangular photo so it doesn't look 'skewed' once it's resized. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
