Im 21 and i have struggled with weight my whole life, it's so hard to put on pounds no matter how much i eat.... the past few years I've found the only real thing that works is eating HOME COOKED FOOD, not to go out to much, snack!.... i too like healthy foods rather than real fatty oily food. One of the bigger things i snack on that has a lot of cal. is supplements like the weight gainers and i add milk, instead of ice i use ice cream, the powder, and peanut butter. I have come across any miracle weight gains but sticking to it and not partying so much as well as working out really helps keeping me strong, healthy and most importantly away from the hospital.
