Looking for info

My 12 yr old DS is having problems in school. He actually stood up to a kid recently and said "you have no idea how hard i have it, what i go through". The teachers want to have a cf education day with the kids. We have done this before, but i guess it is needed again. He has been with all the same kids since 1st grade. So I am on the look out for any good material i can give the teachers, books anything. I know there are books out there, I have found some. But the seem alittle young for this age. And then i find others that seem a little old for them. Thanks in adavnce.

My first thought was can you get the Pulm or CF nurse to visit the school? Maybe see if they will do an education day with the kids. Since they are older bring the pictures of lungs, maybe a few videos of they day to day life with CF.

Sorry to hear your son is going through this hopefully someone here has more experience with this kind of thing and has more specifics for you.
