My name is Lukas and I am 18 years old living with cystic fibrosis and I have never met anyone with cystic fibrosis. I have lived almost completely normal except during 7th to 8th grade when I experienced a brief time in the hospital suffering from some sort of allergic reaction that suppressed my lung functions dramatically. Since then absolutely nothing has happened.
Currently I only have lung symptoms. Colonized pseudomonas. I take azithromyacin, pulmozyme, tobi, and pro air everyday as well as doing my lung treatment once a day minimally. I bike daily as well.
I am extrememly interested in finding friends with cystic fibrosis to talk to about life.
I am a sophomore right now at a community college here and am taking pre-med classes.
I also work full-time on overnights at an assisted living for the elderly. They love me just as much as I love them, if not even more.
I live with my boyfriend of two years and we live a simple lifestyle of work, school, and hanging out with friends occasionally.
I love animals, nature, the outdoors, interior design, traveling, videogames, shopping, electronics, the elderly, and cars.
I am extremely outgoing and would love to make friends with cystic fibrosis!
