-Sirolin tips with rice
-Starbucks frappucino (tall strawberry) has 420 calories in it!!!
Hope this gives you some ideas. ON days that I was only craving things with fat although high in calories, I would have 1-3 protein shakes scattered throughout the day. I am a VERY picky eater and HIGHLY recommend Optimum nutrition brand protein powder. I use 1-2 scoops (1 scoop is 24g of protein) in a SMALL size cup with hot or cold water (hot water makes it taste like hot cocoa!) usually spread out, like 1 in the AM, 1 at lunch, 1 before bed... to make sure I was getting enough protein too.
