Lung pains

i agree, oftentimes the pain is a pulled muscle somewhere that just happens to hurt on inhalation. i got this a lot when i was lifting weights. i always thought it was pleurisy, but since it happened so regularly with working out and DH mentioned he has the same pain when he pulls something, we figured it was muscle.

its very frustrating, cause pain can happen for so many reasons and you don't know if its the cf, how you slept, how you're breathing, etc.

hope you can get to the root of the problem.

i do think with pleurisy they can see it on an x-ray though, so that may be an option if you want to find out the cause. not that it will be alleviated, but at least you know the cause.
