Not to be a Negative Nelly, please keep a few things in mind:
1) That could still mean they have not yet identified the genes that she has - many people find their gene mutations years later after the identified genes had been discovered.

2) You could ask for nasal potential difference testing, although it is still possible she comes out of that with borderline results, it can sometimes work well for a diagnosis for those who have CF symptoms but no genes are found.

3) Please try and pursue fecal testing to determine what's up with her digestion - I still think she could benefit from enzymes.

I'm not saying I want you to "find" that she does have CF, I just don't want her to be undiagnosed because they cannot find any gene mutations right now. If in fact she tests out positive for one or both of the nasal potential test and fecal testing she very well could have CF.

Best of wishes - I hope you get some resolution somehow, CF or not!
