I found this on the express scripts drug info website:

<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>What drug(s) may interact with lansoprazole? (Back to top)
.ampicillin
.bisacodyl
.delavirdine
.digoxin
.fluvoxamine
.iron salts
.itraconazole

Tell your prescriber or health care professional about all other medicines you are taking, including non-prescription medicines, nutritional supplements, or herbal products. Also tell your prescriber or health care professional if you are a frequent user of drinks with caffeine or alcohol, if you smoke, or if you use illegal drugs. These may affect the way your medicine works. Check with your health care professional before stopping or starting any of your medicines.</end quote></div>

Just a thought...if you allow your stomach to be cooled off...sleep with little night garment without covers in a cold room, or even drink too much cold stuff (even cold water), you'll throw your stomach outta whack...it's only a thought, but it could be related to the inefficiency of the enzymes.
Two other thoughts are...is the enzymes within its "freshness date"?
The other one is comparing the exact inert ingredients with the generic to see if all the ingredients were about the same (I guess in a plus-minus 20% tolerance).
Other than that, not sure what else to suggest, though I got a "booty" shocker on my first day back in the states!! Unpleasant episode!

From experience with my wife's coumadin and my pancrease, the generics can create many issues! We cannot take the generic forms, the results are all over the place - no consistancy. There's other stuff that the generics are fine.

<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote> (...Outback bloomin onion? ) </end quote></div> mmmmmm [drool's on shirt]

Hmmm. Just brought to mind Max's weird habit lately of wanting a "cold pillow for his stomach" when he crawls into bed. I ask him if he has a tummy ache -- "Nope, I just like colllld pillows". <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Little weirdo!
