I know OF one person from my area who goes there, but since it's not accreditted, I haven't really looked into it.

Minnesota has one of the top clinics in the US. Not sure if its Mayo, I assumed it was. I can't imagine it not being accredited. Suprising.

The accredited center is at the University of Minnesota. I have known people who have gone there and have given mixed reviews, but it is supposed to be one of the top in the country. I had no idea the Mayo clinic had a CF center (accrdited or not).
