Hi there , I'm new to the forum . My son of almost 26 years has CF . You can purchase MCT oil at the CF Services Pharmacy (possibly in the '' over the counter '' section of their website ) Some of you may already get their meds from the CF Services Pharmacy or Foundation Care . At the CF Services Pharmacy a 32 oz. bottle cost $17-$18 dollars . I'm not sure if insurances will cover this , you'll have to check . Also check with your local pharmacies as MCT isn't exclusive to the CF community/patients . I would as in anything your trying , talk with your CF Care Center first . More info on MCT Oil

There is also a product in powder form that odorless/tasteless that can be added to just about anything that promotes weight gain , I'll come back and post it when I can remember the name lol
I'm back . The name of a couple of products is Polycal or Duocal , both in powder form thats odorless/tasteless . You CF caregivers should be able to direct you to a local medical supply company who carries them or maybe your pharmacy who supplies your CF meds may carry them if your doctor suggests these .
