Meats with Nitrites

Not sure if I buy into this (I'm skeptical about the dangers of artificial sweetner and trans-fats as well), but I thought I might pass it along.

Thanks for posting this. We are doing so much damage to our little bodies by putting all this crap into them. I wish my parents had all this info when I was growing up.....it makes me sad that I could have been better prepared for a good fight with this cf if I had only known a little bit more.

I never buy meats with nitrites now.....I can really notice a difference if I eat processed stuff.

I will admit that I love my sandwhich meats. I use Boar Head meats and dont know off hand about the Nitrates in them. I will be interested in paying attention to my consumption & my health now tho. I wont give them up. Sorry certain things I just refuse to do.......
