I've spent hours on the phone with Medco in the past couple of weeks. I was told I now need to order Enzymes from them. So I had Lili's clinic call over the prescription. A couple of weeks later I got a prerecorded message saying that they did not have Ultrase and I would need to have the Dr send an alternative. I got them on the phone yesterday and they informed me that Ultrase is currently not available because it is not being made <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif" border="0">. I know CF Services has it so they are letting me order a months supply from them.

IS anyone else having trouble getting prescriptions filled at medco? It's so frustrating to spend so much time trying to get medicine Lili needs, I have a feeling I'm going to have to deal with this again next month.

call your doctor and ask them who their Axcan pharmaceutical rep is.

Get his or her # and call them or email them. They have the resources and contacts needed to get Medco up to speed. And they'll work HARD at it cuz they don't want to lose an Ultrase prescription.

My wife and I were just notified that they won't fill our ambian perscription - we've hit a lifetime max on the number of scripts they will fill for it. Now I get about 4 hours sleep a night again....

can't sleep... clowns will eat me.... eyes are closing.... agggg!

But yeah, they suck. But what can you do? I'm having to find an alternative for my proventil inhaler. They want like $150 each for those now.

thats odd i just filled a script with them. first they sent me generic and then i told them i couldnt have those so they sent my my ultrase mt-18. i have about had it with medco and my insurance medical mutual. i have never in my life had so much trouble the way i have since i got married and was put on my husbands insurance. i definetly can relate to the frustrations.
