When Emily was little, she had a necklace that simply said "Cystic Fibrosis" on the back with the caduceus on the front. As she got older and was on more and more meds, we got a bracelet that opens up and you can write all the info on the paper inside and then close the bracelet. It fits like a timex watch. Its white gold and has a tiny caduceus on it and her name engraved across the front. You can get them at any jewelry store or through the internet.
