i just wrote everything on a piece of packaging tape and stuck it on the back of my drivers license. one of the first things they do is try to identify the person and if its right there on the back of it, it makes it found easily and if anyone ever whines about writing on my drivers license i just peel it off. i had to put another piece of tape over the piece of tape so the writing wouldn't wear off. i wrote cf, cfrd, and allergies on it and i keep a list of meds in my wallet
i really don't want to get a bracelet, and yeah i'm probably just being irresponsible but its better than nothing

I don't think it is wrong of you to avoid a bracelet if you have your wallet on you most of the time. I got the bracelet when I started walking and jogging w/o ID.

Melissa, 34, bronchiectasis (no CF)

Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Robert, I hadn't thought of something on the back of my license-although I do carry a list of current meds in my purse!
