Hi, Im trying to find a published article on the PTC 124 clinical trial. (for those with stop mutations) Every medical journal website requires a user name and password and costs mega bucks to use.... Does anyone have access to any of these sites ( like the New England Medical Journal)? If so could you help me out?

This is very interesting Melissa. My boys have one of the stop mutations mentioned in the article. (G542X) I'll be curious to see what you find out.

I have both non sense mutations and they are both G542X. Ive told my doc that Im very interested in the PTC 124 project so he said that when I see him in December he might know more stuff about it. One of the doc are going to a cf meeting to talk about upcoming drugs so hopefully they would have the meeting way before my appointment. Ill let you guys know what my doc says after my appontment. The site I gave earlier is the only site that I have found that shown to be the most helpful so I thought.
