Pharmaceutical inserts are almost alwasy going to say something is class C unless it was specifically tested in pregnany and found safe (which would make it a B) or if it was shown to have bad results in labs making at a D or X.
I found several drugs I used in pregnancy were class C but the docs felt they were plenty safe - so definitely run the med by your OB as they often know what has been used over and over and found to be safe despite the class C warnings the meds usually have.
