Miscarriages are surprisingly common. Many women who get their period "late" actually are having a very early miscarriage. It is possible that one of your drugs was the cause however is is more probable that it was just a "regular" miscarriage and nothing you could have done would have changed it. All of the drugs you mentioned besides birth control can be taken during pregnancy. And there are plenty of women on birth control who get pregnant and don't realize it right away and still go on to have healthy pregnancies.
I had a miscarriage in 2007 and it just plain sucks. And even though you were young and didn't want/need a baby I'm sure it must have been painful. The best thing is to realize that you just weren't ready and maybe the universe knew. And know that you CAN go on to be a mom (after you finish college that is ). There is lots of life to live before having kids and there are still things I wish I had done before having mine (and they were totally planned and wanted).
best of luck!
