The best thing you could do is get a test to see the amount of sperm in your semen. Most men (about 95%) with CF have an absence of the vas deferens which will result in a 0% chance of getting a woman pregnant. I did the test and my doctor said "you have a better chance of winning the lottery 10 times in a row than getting a girl pregnant".

Hope this helps.

Although what Ronnie said is very accurate, I can tell you that I knew some kids in high school whose dad had CF. I have also heard of other guys with CF having kids too.

*Sadly, my classmates' Dad passed a few years ago at the age of 48.

First You should have your Doc do the Exam to see if the
vas deferens are there, They can be there completely, parsically
or not at all. Then You will need to go have a sperm count done.

It is embarrassing I know, But it is worth it to know.
I was lucky to have vas deferens on both sides intact.
I went and had the count done when I turned 18, Not something
I wanted to ask my Mother to set up for me.

Even if the vas deferens are not there or blocked.
You can still have sperm Extracted from the Testes .

But Get the Exam first, You may have all your Plumbing
intact. I have met a few Cf males like my self who
have had no problem the old fashion way.
Good Luck !!!!
