Microwave Sterilizers

The Germ Guardian is great for drying nebs. It works well for the Neil Med sinus rinse bottles too. I found mine on Amazon. It's not cheap, but it dries thoroughly in 30 minutes. I'm concerned about the people using vinegar to sterilize -- the word out now is that vinegar does not kill pseudemonas, so it's not recommended.

i got a sterilizer when i moved to college... it was a life saver!!! I would recommend a steam sterilizer that plugs into the power though. a little more expensive but no microwave required which saves using grotty college microwaves (which i found i was always wiping out), you can always have clean nebs with you in your room and it saves having the "what are those things..." convo's over and over!

I use the medela microwave bags. I used to dump the neb parts in a bowl of water and microwave for 6 minutes. With the medela bags you only microwave for 3 minutes due to the steam in the bags sterilizing everything. The extra three minutes I save is very helpful!! It also might be helpful for a college student!!
