I grew up at St.Louis Children's Hospital. I was diagnosed there at 6 mos old and went there until I turned 18. I then moved to St.Joseph, MO so I started seeing Dr. Black at Children's Hospital in Kansas City. That was many years ago, but at the time I really liked him. There wasnt an adult clinic there at the time, so he saw all CF patients. I now go to the adult CF clinic at Washington University in St.Louis. Dr. Daniel Rosenbluth is the head of the department there and has a great staff working for him. So just thought I would say to Tammy...your nephew will be well taken care of when he has to switch. I have been there for about 5 years now and really am happy with the care I receive.

We go to Children's Mercy and we LOVE it. We couldn't ask for any place better! We live about 2 hours from Kansas City, but it is worth the drive. Dr. Black and the Nurse Pract. Jenny are so great. They are always there to listen and always care. They call us back and get us in very quickly and we have always been pleased with everything at the center.
