Absolutely!

These are a really fat loaded, especially with whole milk or maybe you could use some cream or 1/2 1/2 instead I definately wont be trying that for myself <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif" border="0">

Here is the recipe I use:
2c sugar
1/4c cocoa powder
1/2stick butter
1/2c milk
boil for 1 minute
add 1/2c peanut butter (I add a tad more) and mix in until melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 c instant oatmeal
mix thoroughly and drop spoonfuls onto wax paper

presto done!

Just dont leave them on counter with dog in house like I did today <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">!

Haha, Nicole--I can't leave anything around my dog either--he will even grab at kaylee's food when she's waving it arond in her hand! Those cookies sound good--thanks Seanna, for asking!
