Thank you all! I actually did have an egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast, and I have been trying to get more peanut butter lately. I think drinking more water during the day will be good. I ate tofu last night and was able to have a full serving and some cole slaw. Part of it was the smell of cooking, and I got the smoked tofu so I didn't need to cook it. I think I just have another week or so of this... So I just need to force myself to eat. I'm not actually vomiting, just having stomach pains like I want to throw up. I do wake up to pee a lot, I think I'll try eating then. That's a good one I hadn't heard before.
