Moving: a different CF Clinic

I will be transferring my care to a different CF Clinic. Does anyone have advice on questions to ask, or anything that will help make the transition smoother and get off to a good start?

Where are you transferring to? Would love to hear about your experience later on. I also live in AL. The only advice I could give would be to be upfront and honest. You also might want to ask questions about admissions if you ever need to be hospitalized later. Good Luck!

Thank you for your feedback! I transferred my care to the Vanderbilt Adult CF Clinic in Nashville, TN. I have been very impressed with the all the medical professionals I've come in contact with. I could not have ask for a better transition, it has been very smooth.
